Aspen in the house!

Aspen In-house

How do you show that a recruitment consultancy is open, up-front and friendly?  How can you illustrate that they’re not like everybody else?  And how do you get that message across to a target audience of seasoned recruitment consultants?

These are questions we asked ourselves when fulfilling a brief to create a new brand for a recruitment consultancy that places outstanding  consultants into in-house roles. We were tasked with creating a brand identity that would reflect openness, community, friendliness and being experts at the very specialist thing they do.

So that’s what we did.  A brave bold logo with friendly typeface, striking and unusual imagery (the theme of nerd kids running through the site is a far cry from drab professional photos of men in suits so commonly seen on recruitment sites), a site that is more blog and meeting place than corporate brochure, and intricate detail and finishing that may not be obvious at first, but exudes quality and expertise.  And it’s not all about looks…

We’ve powered the entire site with WordPress, so our client can update everything themselves, whether new pages or new jobs, and they can even do it all from their iphone.  We’ve integrated social media (and not just a few share buttons) so that facebook, linkedin and twitter add genuinely useful and seamless functionality.

It was a pleasure to deal with Aspen and we’re thrilled to be their digital marketing partners.  We feel we’ve helped to create an outstanding brand and can’t wait to help Aspen through what will no doubt be rapid growth.

As usual, we’d love to hear your feedback, so please feel free to get in touch or post comments below.
